Siobhan Calderbank

Siobhan Calderbank is a dynamic keynote speaker, consultant, award winning author, expert in change management, leadership and a project management professional. She has presented to diverse groups at conferences, events, seminars, and planning sessions to motivate individuals to work more collaboratively. Siobhan is an international speaker and has engaged audiences from over 70 countries.

She is the Founder of Butterfly Ladies -a Mentoring Program committed to helping develop the careers of women and youth, especially visible minorities. Siobhan is the Director Talent Management at the LCBO and focuses on talent development, learning, change management, and diversity and inclusion.

Siobhan has been recognized as a Learning Leader by the Institute of Performance and Learning, andis the recipient of the Universal Womens Network (UWN) 2019 Women of Inspiration award for Diversity and Inclusiveness. She is the UWN National Ambassador for Black Women. She has also been voted Top 10 Inspirational Female Entrepreneur 2019 by Women Entrepreneur. She was featured as one of The 10 Most Influential Businesswomen to Follow in 2020 by Insights Success. In addition, she has been recognized as a Woman of Influence by the Change Management Institute and one of the Top 100 Black Women to Watch in Canada 2020 by Canada International Black Women Event.

Siobhan possesses over 20 years of experience transforming businesses, leading change, people management, training and development, customer service, and project management within large, complex corporate environments. She has experience speaking for a broad range of clients including groups in the government, telecommunications, retail, utilities, and financial sectors, as well as one-on-one coaching with Senior Management and Executive level staff.

Siobhan has been praised for her high energy, engaging and effective communication style and award-winning programs. She developed a 4-step process to aide teams to develop innovative solutions to achieve their strategic change objectives for both public and private sectors.

With a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Information Technology Management, Siobhan holds her Change Management Practitioner (CMP) designation from APMG, her Project Management Professional (PMP) designation from the Project Management Institute, her Certified Training and Development Professional (CTDP) designation from the Institute for Performance and Learning and is a certified Extended DiSC® facilitator.Siobhan has completed her Master’s degree at Royal Roads University, with a focus on organizational change, leadership development and generational diversity.
